The Tektronix MDO3014 is a Mixed-Domain-Oscilloscope of the MDO3000-series.

It is a high integrated 6-in-1-Oscilloscope and contains an integrated spectrum analyzer, arbitrary function generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer as well as digitalvoltmeter/counter (some optional).

The MDO3000 is fully upgradable and customizeable.
