Modulation Analyzer 55kHz -1360MHz, various options available

The R&S FAM is an universal Modulation Analyzer for AM, FM and phase modulation. It offers high precision and extremely low phase noise and has a frequency range from 55 kHz to 1360 MHz.

It analysis fast and accurate all parameters of modulated signals and combines the functions of several measuring instruments in one unit. Furthermore it can be used as an RF counter, power meter, voltmeter, psophometer, distortion meter, audio generator and as a FM stereo decoder.

The FAM is well suited for measurements in the field of broadcasting, radio-telephony and in the calibration of signal generator.
