The Tektronix TCP202A is a high-performance, easy-to-use AC/DC current probe and direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekProbe probe interface.

It provides sufficient performance to support 50 MHz measurement system bandwidth, a max. 15 A DC + peak AC measurement range and also excellent accuracy to current levels as low as 10 mA.
