Passive Probe 500MHz, 10:1

The Agilent (now Keysight) 10073D is a Passive Probe with a bandwidth of 500 MHz for the Agilent (now Keysight) 300 MHz - 1 GHz 6000, 7000, 8000 and 9000 series oscilloscopes and is ideal for general purpose.

The probe identification feature automatically configures the oscilloscope for the probe attenuation.
