The Wavetek 81 is a Function / Pulse Generator with a bandwidth from 10 mHz to 50 MHz and combined function generator features with programmable pulse period, width, and transition times to provide excellent capabilities for analog and digital apllications.

It is ideal for benchtop and ATE applications.

Amplitude: 10 mV to 16 V p-p into 50 ohms

Standard functions: sine, Triangle, square, pos/neg pulse
