InfiniiumMode Active Differential Probe 6GHz, AutoProbe Interface.

The Agilent (now Keysight) N2752A is an InfiniiMode Active Differential Probe with a bandwidth of 6 GHz compatible with InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes.

It comes with new InfiniiMode operation modes.

The InfiniiMode allows convenient measurements of differential, single-ended, and common mode signals with a single probe tip, without reconnecting the probe to change the connection.

N2752A probe’s InfiniiMode operation modes:

A – B (differential)

A – ground (single-ended A)

B – ground (single-ended B)

(A+B)/2 – ground (common mode)

Bandwidth: 6 GHz

Attenuation ratio: 2:1 or 10: 1 (switchable)

Quick action scope control: Access to the mostly used functions and to the quick setting of the oscilloscope directly with the probe

Dynamic range:

10:1: +/- 5 V or 10 V pp

2:1: +/- 1 V or 2 V pp

DC offset range: +/- 15 V
