The Tektronix P76CA-SMP is a Coaxial Adapter with 33 GHz bandwidth, 2.92 mm connector and 6" high power cable. This adapter is calibrated at the input terminals and is perfect for direct connection with units which have SMP connectors.

By coaxial adapter, the probe can act as a differential input signal to the oscilloscope. Therefore the number of differential signals is effectivly doubled, which can simultaneously measure in a single oscilloscope.
