Differential Probe with AutoProbe 10:1, 200MHz

The Agilent (now Keysight) N2818A is a differential probe and provides superior high-speed differential signal measurements required for high-speed power measurements, vehicle bus measurements and high-speed digital system designs.

It offers 10:1 attenuation setting, allowing it to be used for a broad range of applications and comes with a pair of alligator clips and hook tip clips for use with large and small components in tight places. It has an input resistance of 1 Mohm and low input capacitance of 3.5 pF to minimize circuit loading and is compatible with select InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes with 50 Ω AutoProbe interface input. The probe is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium AutoProbe interface. For use with non-AutoProbe input oscilloscope, use the N2792A.

Wide dynamic range: ±20 V differential, ±60 V common mode

High input resistance and low input capacitance for low probe loading:

1 Mohm//3.5 pF between inputs

Direct connection to AutoProbe interface (no power supply required)
