The Agilent (now Keysight) N5183A is a MXG Microwave Analog Signal Generator designed for broadband component manufacturing up to 40 GHz. With Option 540 it has a bandwidth from 100 kHz to 40 GHz.
It offers fast switching, excellent power and level accruacy, pulse train generator, easy upgrades, self-maintenance and small size.
The N5183A can be configured to meet your test needs, from LO substitution and CW interferer to analog modulation for device characterization.
