The TCP300- and TCP400-series for AC/DC-current measurement comprehensive sophisticated current measurment systems for the today's demands in the range of the current measurements. By connection in Tektronix-Oscilloscopes with the interfaces TEKPROBE Level II, TekConnect (with TCA-BNC) or TekVPI (with TPA-BNC) current measurement and calculations become easier and uncomplicated.
Combined with the current probes TCP312, TCP305 or TCP303 covers the amplifier TCPA300 a very wide current measurement range and closed the gap/space between the measurement of low current in the mA-range and the measurements of high currents. The 3 current probes offers current measurements from 30 A, 50 A, and 150 A DC continious. With even higher current measure the amplifier TCPA400 combined with the current probe TCP404XL 500 A DC continious and 750 A DC continious, by exists a probe-relation fall off.
A higher frequency range can be achieved with the TCP312 (with TCPA300), with a bandwidth from ≥100 MHz and offers a max. current of 30 A DC.
Automatic scaling (TDS TEKPROBE-Oscilloscope or TekConnect-Oscilloscope with TCA-BNC necessary) – The monitor display of measurement and right unity (Ampere) reduce measurement errors, manual calculations are no more necessary
