Waveguide Harmonic Mixer 26.5-40GHz

The Agilent (now Keysight) 11970A is a waveguide mixer and is a general-purpose harmonic mixer employing a dual-diode design to achieve flat frequency response and low conversion loss. Manual operation and computer-controlled hardware operation are simplified. Mixer bias and tuning adjustment are not required.

The 11970A extends the frequency range of the Agilent (now Keysight) N9030A PXA high-performance signal analyzer to the A-Band (26.5 to 40 GHz).

It is also fully compatible with other Agilent (now Keysight) spectrum analyzers including: E4440A/46A/48A PSA (with Option AYZ), E4407B ESA-E (with Option AYZ), 856xEC, 8566B (with a preamplifier), and 7000 modular analyzer (with 70907A/B external mixer interface module).

An external diplexer is required to connect the 11970A with the N9030A PXA

(with Option EXM). The recommended diplexer can be purchased from Agilent (now Keysight) as model number N9029AE13 or from OML, Inc as model number DLP.313B.
