Scanner Mainframe / Data Acquisition Unit

The Keithley 705 is an IEEE compatible scanner mainframe (data aquisition unit).

It can accomodate two scanner plug-in cards (seperate available).

In a chain with four additional models 705, can it provide up to 100 2-pol channels.

Card pole configurations:

1-pole configuration: card has 20 channels

4-pole configuration: card allows 10 channels with two cards (for four-wire ohms)

IEEE-488 bus operation

Selectable scan rate : 10 ms to 999.999 sec.

Selectable scan modes

13 internal programs available from front panel

Can accomodate two scanner plug-in cards

Several different scanner relay cards are available as options

Digital I/O port with weith eight lines as inputs and eight lines as outputs

Time and data are kept with a battery backed up clock
