Differential Probe DC to 400 MHz
The Tektronix P6246 is a Differential Probe and enables time domain or frequency range measurements on signals with high bandwidth, such as in hard drives, digital IC-designs (RAMBUS) and in communication applications(Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE-1394 firewire and fibre channel).
The P6246 is ideal for the design verification of hard drives read channel electronic and timing analysis for elimination of ground bounce-problems, such as in high-speed logic circuits. It can also be used for test of pulse shaping or crosstalk conformity of high-speed communication signals.
