The Tektronix TCP0020 is a high-performance, easy-to-use AC/DC current probe and designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI probe interface.

It provides sufficient performance to support 50 MHz measurement system bandwidth, a max. 20 A RMS measurement range and also excellent accuracy to current levels as low as 10 mA.
