P7500 Series Solder Tip Adapter 30GHz, Probe Tip Assembly for P76xx Series Probes

The P76TA is a P7500 Series Solder Tip Adapter with a bandwidth of 30 GHz.

The probe and oscilloscope system will support up to 30 GHz of bandwidth when this adapter is used with the P75PST Performance Solder Tip.

Solder Tip Adapter of the P7500 series:

This Adapter enables P7630 probes the use of existing P7500 probe tips. The probe amplifier of the P7600 series have a 50 ohms input. In combination with a P7500 series probe tip the probe is a passive Z0 probe with 450 ohms differential input impedance. While representing Z0 probes usually have a significant DC load for the device under test, the probes of the P7600 series minimize the impact of the DC load through the use of a termination voltage adjustment.
