Keithley's SourceMeter family is designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. All source-measure models provide precision voltage and current sourcing as well as measurement capabilities.

The Keithley 2420 is a High Current/Voltage SourceMeter 60 W instrument designed to source from ± 5 µV and measure voltage ± 1 µV to ± 60 V and current from ± 100 pA to ± 3 A.
