The 1134A InfiniiMax Active Probe is a probe solution for high-frequency applications. The probe is compatible with the Infiniium AutoProbe Interface which completely configures the Infiniium series of oscilloscopes for the probes.

This probe is also compatible with the N1022A probe adapter for use with the Infiniium 86100A Digital Communication Analyzer for with the 1143A external power supply
