The Agilent (now Keysight) 1159A is a FET input differential probe with 1 GHz bandwidth and greater than 19 dB CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio) at 500 MHz.

The 1159A offers the 1:1 attenuation, making it ideal for characterizing high bandwidth, low-voltage signals.
