The Keithley 2400 Source Meter is designed for test applications demanding tightly coupled precision voltage as well as current sourcing and measurement.

It provides the functions of a V-Source, I-Source, V-Meter, I-Meter and Ohmmeter and has many features and benefits including a built-in source memory programmable sequencer, a rugged design with 75,000-hour MTBF, built-in comparator, digital I/O, 0.012% basic accuracy with 5-1/2-digit resolution for precise measurements.
