2.5 GHz Active Voltage Probe

The 2.5 GHz HFP2500 is a small, high frequency active probe, designed to meet today´s increasing demand for measurements on a variety of test points.

With low input capacitance and high input resistance, circuit loading is minimized.

The HFP2500 can be used with LeCroy´s WavePro, Waverunner and LC series oscilloscope with firmware version 8.7.0 or higher.
