Passive Probe

The Agilent (now Keysight) 1164A miniature passive probe is a small, rugged, general purpose probe for use with the Agilent (now Keysight) 54810A, 54815A, 54820A and 54825A Infiniium oscilloscopes.

It is fully compatible with the AutoProbe interface which completely configures the Agilent (now Keysight) Infiniium oscilloscope for the probe.The probe is built and tested for high reliability and comes with a 3 year warranty.

The cable has a Kevlar strengthener for added pull strength. The general purpose retractable hook tip is made from a durable music wire and probe tips are replaceable.

The 1164A probe comes with a wide range of accessories including an Agilent (now Keysight) Browser that installs over the probe tip. The Browser utilizes a crown point pogo pin that digs into solder and absorbs small hand movements, so is less likely to slip. There's also an alligator lead for general purpose probing, 4 spring grounds for high frequency measurements, a socketed ground lead and IC clips for probing surface mount devices.
