The Agilent (now Keysight) 1165A minature passive probe is a small, rugged, general purpose probe for use with the 54830B/D, 54831B/D and 54832B/D Infiniium oscilloscopes. It is fully compatible with the Auto-Probe interface which completely configures the Infiniium oscilloscope for the probe.
