The Agilent (now Keysight) N5161A is a MXG ATE Analog Signal Generator and provides the same performance, reliability and form factor (2RU) of the N5181A MXG at a reduced price, streamlined for automated test equipment (ATE) needs with removal of the front panel display and all connectors relocated to rear panel for convenient and secure rack configurations.

Frequency range: 100 kHz to 3 or 6 GHz (Option 503 = 100 kHz to 3 GHz)

Output power: +23 dBm at 1 GHz with electronical attenuator over entire range

Phase noise: <= -121 dBc /Hz (typ.) at 1 GHz and 20 kHz offset
