The Tektronix P6251 is a High Voltage Differential Probe with a bandwidth of 1 GHz and a TekVPI-interface for Tektronix Oscilloscopes.

It offers excellent electrical and mechanical performance, selectable bandwidths limiting filters and versatile connection possibilities. And is designed for high speed signal capture with easy operation.
