Passive High Voltage Probe 800MHz, 50x.

The Tektronix TPP0850 is a High Voltage Probe and offers a bandwidth of 800 MHz for high voltage signals up to 2500 Vpp. It is ideal for tests of power semiconductors and high power switching power supplies, there switching speeds are constantly increasing further to minimize power losses.

This creates a need for probes with faster rise times, higher bandwidths, and higher voltages. The TPP0850 meets these requirements and can be used with switching transistors which operate at 1200 Veff, i. e. above the voltage operating range of standard multi-purpose probes. This probe can also be used for future performance applications that require even faster rise times.
