The Keithley 2600-ACS-PK1 is a Standard Resolution IV Bundled Characterization Solution and provides 200V/1.5A and 1fA resolution for two- and three-terminal MOSFET & bi-polar devices and components. The bundle consists of a Model 2636B Dual-channel System SourceMeter Instrument, ACS Basic Edition Characterization Software, test fixture with sample devices, USB-to-GPIB adapter, and cables.
