The E5061B is an ENA series network analyzer.

It addresses a broad range of measurement needs of electronic components and circuits from low to high frequencies.

The E5061B offers basic S-parameter measurement and allows to measure the resonant frequency of a RFID tag without having to disassemble the RFID tag.
