The Agilent (now Keysight) 1169A is an InfiniiMax II Series Probe Amplifier with specified real time bandwidth of 12 GHz and with typical 13 GHz performance.

1169A is designed to be used with DSO91204A/DSO91304A Infiniium oscilloscopes.

The innovative InfiniiMax probing system support even the most demanding mechanical access requirements without reducing the performance.
